Asia Pacific Thrombosis & Thrombocytopenia Network



The aim of the Asia Pacific Thrombosis and Thrombocytopenia Network (APTIN) is to develop a collaborative consortium of leading haematology centres in the Asia Pacific region to study the pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment of thrombotic thrombocytopenia purpure (TTP), heparin induced thrombocytopenia (HITS) and the management of adverse events in patients taking oral anticoagulants.

Initiatives that have been borne out of this network are outlined below.
